Hi. I’m Brad Lekang. I’m an executive coach, founder of Cloudberry Coaching, and author of The Cloudberry Coaching Method: Design, Build, and Launch Your Next Big Chapter (Advantage Media, distributed by Simon & Schuster, May 2026). I help leaders get clear on what’s next, build the capability to get there, and create impact that lasts.
With decades of experience across tech, retail, and finance, including executive leadership roles in Silicon Valley, I’ve spent my career coaching and guiding high-potential leaders, building global teams, navigating large-scale transformations, and turning complex ideas into real-world results. Before launching Cloudberry Coaching, I led global initiatives at companies like Apple, Visa, and Target, helping deliver breakthrough products and programs used across industries and continents. Those years sharpened my approach: structured, human-centered, strategic, and grounded in heart.
My coaching work blends executive experience, neuroscience-based tools, and a systems-informed approach to professional and personal growth. I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, and a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC) credential from BEabove Leadership. Together, these shape a coaching approach that is bold, bright, and resilient, just like the Cloudberry.
