Hi. I’m Brad Lekang. 25 years in technology, retail, and financial services taught me how to lead global teams through complexity and turn ambitious ideas into results. Before founding Cloudberry Coaching, I spent a decade at Apple, leading mobile payment teams that launched Apple Pay globally, and held leadership roles at Visa and Target. Today, I bring that experience together as a strategic partner, with executive coaching, systems thinking, and neuroscience, to help leaders create clarity, build capability, and lead with greater impact. That work now extends beyond individual coaching, with tailored programs and group facilitation. I'm creating new ways for people to design, build, and launch their next big chapter.
I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, and a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC) credential from BEabove Leadership. At Apple, I completed executive leadership development programs through Apple University, the company's internal leadership school.
